At 2011 Honolulu LGBT union negotiation workshop
Along with all the issues workers face today, LGBT workers have additional concerns that every union should be prepared to address.  Pride At Work Hawai‘i has presented workshops on lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender labor issues to members, staff and officers from ten local unions so far this year.  Feel free to let us know how we can meet the needs of your board, negotiating committee, staff, members and/or stewards, in addressing the needs of your LGBT members and staff.
